Peter has been teaching programming courses at South Central College since 2000.
Peter was part of the development team for the college's online advising and orientation courses.

Working with Trans-Atlantic Technology & Training Alliance (TA3) and CSW teams, designed curriculum for the Train the Trainers program for the higher education institutions in El Salvador.
